What our customers say about us
Whitehorse staff always goes out of the way to be of service and answer questions of any kind. The store is very well stocked, and I love the location. The parking lot is often filled with other bikers, and I've actually learned a lot from just chatting with the other customers I've met. Laconia Bike Week is just down the road, and Rally In The Valley is right here in North Conway. Seems like riders from all over the US make WhiteHorse one of their annual stops when they come to bike week. Smart folks.

Whitehorse Gear tends to have all the little things you wish you could pick up right down the road and, in that I live in North Conway, I can. They have everything from light maintenance supplies all the way to new gloves, boots, helmets. Whitehorse Gear has also a very knowledgeable staff and give me a very welcoming environment especially on a rainy day where I always know I can get a cookie or coffee or water on a hot day free of charge.

So I see the billboard on Rte 16 north and decide to go in to buy a jacket. I am greeted by very friendly people as I enter. Rick spent so much time with me helping me put together what I was looking for as far as accessories. I start asking questions about phone mounts. About an hour later I leave with two drink holders (gifts), an extra pair of gloves, a battery tender, battery tender accessory splitter and a phone mount but no jacket. These people were not pushy and prices were reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't realize they want riding gear and accessories.

I want to say that after having bought and installed the SW motech crash bars and luggage rack on my klr 650a they have helped keeping the bike dent and damage free on several off road slow and kind of not very hard drops. But... this passed week I was out for a ride on local roads when someone ran a red light and I ran into the car, of coarse the damage to the car could not have been much as they didn't even slow down and none of the wtnesses got the plate number. Fortunately I walked away with just a few bumps and bruises but on the bike there was very little damage, other than the bent front end some road rash on the front fender and bar end the crash bars took all the hit as the bike slid on its right side for maybe fifteen or twenty feet. These bars didn't even bend a little and at least a good sixteenth of an inch was shaved off of about a ten inch section on it and still it did not go all the way through the thickness of the tube I am very thankful to SW Motech for making these and to White Horse for their excellent quality of service and products. It was the difference between fixing the minor damage sustained or pretty much a total lose . THANK YOU! G.R.
