Even the best waterproof leather glove will absorb some water in extreme, prolonged wet weather. This makes it very difficult for the waterproof membrane to breathe, so even if the glove doesn't leak, it will be clammy, cold, and uncomfortable. To defeat this problem, the gear masters at TourMaster added a three fingered "lobster cover" (TourMaster calls them polar covers) to this great glove. The covers hide (no leather pun intended) in their own zippered pockets.  If the weather is going to be very wet or very cold, or both for that matter, pull on the covers and just keep riding!  Serious gloves? You bet.
